Description
* HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law and industry standards.
* Compensation & Benefits: Develop and implement grading structures, salary frameworks, and benefits programs.
* Strategic HR Management: Contribute to HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
* Multi-Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
* HR Processes & Technology: Implement and oversee HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
* Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to all UAE Labour laws and regulations.
Job Offer
* A salary package in the range of AED 144,000 – AED 180,000.
* Benefits: Visa, Insurance & flights (Employee Only)

Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in an HR role, preferably in heavy machinery, construction, or industrial sectors.
* Education & Certification: HR Certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
* Skills: Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and proficiency in HR technology.
* Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE labour laws, compensation structures, and employee benefits.
